returns & refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.  

  1. Return Window 
  • You have 7-14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. 
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

         2.  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items . 

  • Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • Contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Email info@daholyvine.com with your order number and photos of the damage
  • we will send a replacement or issue a  full refund at no extra cost to you.

          3.  shipping & Return Fees

  • Standard shipping: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Refunds: Original shipping costs are non refundable .
  • Damaged Items: We cover all shipping costs for verified damaged or incorrect items

           4. Refunds & processing 

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Approved refunds are processed automatilly to your original payment method.
  • Pleases allow 10 to 30 business days for the credit to appear on you statement
